What you will do

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable across six entities, including vendor onboarding, invoice capture, and multi-currency payment runs.
• Administer the Ramp corporate card program end-to-end, including issuance, transaction coding, and monthly reconciliation to NetSuite.
• Post and reconcile AP transactions using a matrix GL structure across GL account, Department, and Class.
• Handle intercompany AP bookings to ensure clean consolidation.
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals, supplier statement reconciliations, and aged-payables reporting.
• Apply correct indirect-tax treatment (UK VAT, EU VAT, and US sales tax) via Avalara.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end accounts payable within multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable tier-one ERP.
• Proficiency with matrix/dimensional GL structures.
• Experience administering corporate card or spend-management platforms.
• Working knowledge of UK and EU VAT/indirect tax on purchases.
• Must be based in Portugal

• Experience in SaaS, high-growth, or private-equity-backed businesses.
• Exposure to intercompany accounting, consolidation, or a shared-service AP model.
• Previous experience with Ramp.
