What you will do

• Define and drive the roadmap for doubling developer productivity, aligning engineering, product, and data science.
• Lead organizational change management as engineering teams adopt new tools and processes.
• Partner with the Developer Amplification area to accelerate productivity through AI-powered tooling.
• Lead the delivery of strategic, high-impact cross-functional initiatives from conceptualization to launch.
• Serve as the connective tissue between company strategy and day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams.
• Mentor and develop other TPMs and engineering leads, scaling best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a TPM, Engineering Lead, or Engineering Manager.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technical transformation programs with measurable impact.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence in a matrix environment.
• Deep technical credibility to challenge architectural assumptions and identify delivery risks.
• Ability to relocate to Seattle, WA.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of hands-on software or systems engineering experience.
• Conceptual fluency in LLM-based products, AI infrastructure, and developer AI tooling.
• Experience running programs involving machine learning and large datasets.
• Experience working with AWS at scale.
