What you will do

  • Own the full sales process within the enterprise segment from identification to closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level, IT, and business decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and create compelling business cases.
  • Collaborate with presales, marketing, customer success, and product teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and customer data in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful B2B software or SaaS sales experience.
  • German: Native speaker required.
  • English: Strong written and spoken proficiency required.
  • Proven track record of selling to enterprise customers with complex buying centers.
  • Experience managing long and structured sales cycles.
  • Confident presence at management and executive levels.

Nice to have

  • Experience in observability, IT operations, cloud, security, or infrastructure software.
  • Experience with indirect sales or channel/partner models.
  • Understanding of ROI-based selling and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Experience working in international matrix organizations.
