What you will do
- Own the full sales process within the enterprise segment from identification to closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level, IT, and business decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth.
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and create compelling business cases.
- Collaborate with presales, marketing, customer success, and product teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and customer data in the CRM system.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful B2B software or SaaS sales experience.
- German: Native speaker required.
- English: Strong written and spoken proficiency required.
- Proven track record of selling to enterprise customers with complex buying centers.
- Experience managing long and structured sales cycles.
- Confident presence at management and executive levels.
Nice to have
- Experience in observability, IT operations, cloud, security, or infrastructure software.
- Experience with indirect sales or channel/partner models.
- Understanding of ROI-based selling and enterprise procurement processes.
- Experience working in international matrix organizations.
