What you will do
- Act as a strategic consultant for fashion brand partners to drive growth through data-driven recommendations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Retail Media platform, covering attribution, KPIs, and APIs.
- Train and enable Account Management teams through workshops and knowledge sharing.
- Develop business cases and strategic narratives for executive-level reviews and product launches.
- Collaborate with Commercial Development to translate customer feedback into product requirements.
- Manage the rollout and adoption of new products and features across the partner portfolio.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Media, E-Commerce, or Performance Marketing.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex metrics into business actions.
- Expertise in digital advertising ecosystems (Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta).
- Fluent in English and German.
- Must be based in Hamburg, Germany.
