What you will do

  • Act as a strategic consultant for fashion brand partners to drive growth through data-driven recommendations.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Retail Media platform, covering attribution, KPIs, and APIs.
  • Train and enable Account Management teams through workshops and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop business cases and strategic narratives for executive-level reviews and product launches.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Development to translate customer feedback into product requirements.
  • Manage the rollout and adoption of new products and features across the partner portfolio.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Retail Media, E-Commerce, or Performance Marketing.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex metrics into business actions.
  • Expertise in digital advertising ecosystems (Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta).
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Must be based in Hamburg, Germany.
