What you will do

  • Drive sales of BRS Premier and GolfNow platforms to grow regional market share.
  • Own and execute a regional acquisition strategy to secure new club partnerships.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and deliver persuasive pitches.
  • Build and maintain a strong industry network through outbound prospecting and events.
  • Leverage CRM data and insights to prioritize opportunities and optimize sales strategy.
  • Represent the business as a brand ambassador at industry conferences and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Germany
  • 5+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proven track record of executing a structured end-to-end sales process.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Full German driving license and access to a vehicle

Nice to have

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.
  • Prior knowledge of the golf industry.
  • Established network of industry contacts.
