What you will do

• Underwrite Art and Private Client products including high-value household, motor, and travel insurance.
• Manage referrals across direct and broker distribution channels to meet portfolio targets.
• Negotiate effectively with internal stakeholders and external broker contacts.
• Challenge non-standard underwriting decisions by leveraging product specialist expertise.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and profitability.
• Collaborate with regional teams to deliver high-quality service and support growth objectives.

Requirements

• Experience as an underwriter within personal lines business.
• Logical and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Strong relationship-building skills to develop rapport with brokers.

• Ideally Diploma CII qualified or exempt through relevant experience.
