What you will do

• Own every customer query from first contact to final resolution, minimizing handoffs.
• Deliver exceptional proactive customer service by phone and email, including sensitive cases with empathy.
• Advocate for customers internally by using insights to drive continuous improvement in products and processes.
• Continuously expand knowledge of evolving energy market regulations and technology via self-led learning and training.
• Handle customer data and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

• Location: Leicester, UK
• Strong English skills (written and verbal) to explain complex issues clearly.
• Resilience and problem-solving mindset for challenging customer interactions.
• Agile mindset to adapt quickly to changing policies, system updates, and priorities.
• Ability to commit to the full 8-week training period and attend the Leicester hub 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday) during training.
• Basic DBS check and right to work in the UK are required; this role is not sponsorable under the UKVI points-based system.

Hiring process
