Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Stoke-on-Trent, UK (Hybrid role)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers initiating new insurance claims via phone, email, or electronic forms.
  • Collect and record accurate, detailed information regarding new claims.
  • Manage a mix of inbound and outbound calls to facilitate the claims process.
  • Utilize excellent questioning techniques to ensure all necessary claim details are captured.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and empathetic customer service during sensitive client interactions.
  • Prepare and send welcome packs to customers outlining the next steps of their claim journey.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Stoke-on-Trent, UK.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic telephone manner.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and adaptability when handling challenging conversations.
