What you will do
- Integrate data from customer behavior, sales, market trends, and feedback channels to build a comprehensive customer profile.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify preferences and trends, informing marketing campaigns and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with Buying and Design teams to forecast trends and inspire innovative product development.
- Develop and present compelling reports and visualizations to translate complex data for business stakeholders.
- Support the development of customer segmentation models and loyalty initiatives to enhance retention.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies like AI and predictive analytics to improve engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer insights, market research, or data analytics within retail or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and market research methodologies.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be able to work from the Head Office in Greater Manchester on a hybrid basis.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and driving data-driven strategies.
