Paid Social Executive, Global Acquisition, 15 month FTC

Location: Fully remote within the UK; must be UK-based and have the right to work in the UK. No required office days.

What you will do

• Build, launch, and optimise Meta and TikTok acquisition campaigns across international markets.
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing using performance data to improve acquisition efficiency.
• Test audiences, creative assets, and campaign approaches, translating results into clear next steps.
• Work with creative teams to develop and refine advertising assets.
• Monitor conversion performance and acquisition costs, identifying issues and opportunities.

Requirements

• Around one to two years of hands-on paid social experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Direct experience building and optimising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• A track record of working towards conversion and cost targets such as CPA, CAC, or ROAS.
• Confidence taking ownership of day-to-day campaign execution with limited onboarding.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical approach to testing and optimisation.
• UK-based with the right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-spend campaigns, international consumer acquisition, subscription or app businesses, UGC testing, or Snapchat Ads.
• A degree is not required when relevant practical experience is available.
