Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Munich, Germany (Hybrid role, minimum 2 days/week in office)

What you will do
- Own client relationships for a portfolio of large accounts throughout the entire client lifecycle.
- Develop and implement client-specific growth strategies to increase user engagement and defeat inactivity.
- Lead client meetings, communications, and strategic business reviews both virtually and in person.
- Partner with internal teams to drive initial client launches and ongoing awareness events.
- Manage the commercial agenda, including contract renewals, expansions, and renegotiations.
- Analyze client data and reports to provide actionable insights and tailored communication strategies.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Proven experience managing client relationships in a client-facing role.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Munich, Germany.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor data and leverage results.
- Detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional, global team environment.
