Account Executive - DACH - Core (AI)

What you will do

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across various industries adopting conversational AI.
• Identify new business opportunities where AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape and emerging trends.
• Partner with organizations to create new experiences and monetization opportunities using voice technology.
• Expertly apply voice AI solutions to customer support, virtual agents, and in-app assistants.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company.
• Exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English and German with a deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management at all levels.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product or engineering teams is a strong plus.
