What you will do

• Lead and support 3–5 engineering teams developing SaaS products for the healthcare sector.
• Manage engineering teams from both a technical leadership and delivery perspective.
• Ensure high-quality, timely software delivery and remove blockers to optimize team performance.
• Drive continuous process improvements and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and QA Engineers to maximize business value.
• Promote the use of AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in C#, .NET, and Microsoft Azure.
• Proven experience leading multiple software engineering teams simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, engineering best practices, and modern methodologies.
• Experience in mentoring engineers and supporting their professional growth.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Devin.
• Fluent English proficiency and a valid EU work permit.

• Experience implementing structured GenAI workflows and prompt patterns within the SDLC.
