What you will do

• Lead and manage software and quality engineering teams within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Partner with product management to define and execute the product roadmap and technical strategy.
• Drive the modernization of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native platforms using Azure and .NET.
• Maximize the use of AI tools and agentic platforms to improve engineering productivity and product capabilities.
• Ensure high standards for architecture, security, performance, and uptime across all product functionality.
• Oversee hiring, coaching, and professional development for engineering staff.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of industry experience with a proven track record in software leadership.
• Practical experience with Object Oriented Programming, distributed architecture, Angular, Azure, and .NET.
• Strong background in application modernization, cloud-native systems, and DevOps pipelines.
• Experience managing globally distributed remote development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle, payer, or payment integrity vendor processes.
• Master’s degree or 13+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Databricks and PowerBI.
