What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional team across hiring, planning, task decomposition, and process improvements.
• Drive the development of AI-powered products from initial concept to production.
• Partner with Product, Data, and AI teams to build impactful, user-centric solutions.
• Shape the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable backend services and integrations.
• Ensure strong team performance and reliable, on-time delivery aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams (hiring, performance, and delivery management).
• Proven experience leading teams in AI, ML, or data-driven engineering environments.
• Strong technical background with hands-on development experience to validate technical decisions.
• Experience building AI-powered, user-facing products where interaction paradigms are evolving.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical solutions.
• English: B1 level or higher required for collaboration with an international team.
