Focus on building daily user retention through onboarding and lifecycle programs, structuring content for LLM visibility (Generative Engine Optimization), and optimizing paid + app growth with strict LTV/CPI measurement.

What you will do

  • Own brand & product strategy: identity/value proposition, omni-channel campaigns, loyalty frameworks, and GTM calendar alignment.
  • Drive retention & user lifecycles: design onboarding for the first 14 days, run lifecycle communications (push/in-app/email), and improve NPS feedback loops.
  • Lead technical SEO/AEO/GEO & AI visibility: execute technical SEO roadmap with IT/Product, track Core Web Vitals and crawl/indexing health, and implement schema/entity optimization for LLM citations.
  • Grow app acquisition: manage ASO for iOS/Android and run paid acquisition campaigns (Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads) using LTV vs CPI discipline.
  • Measure and report performance: maintain dashboards (MAU, D7/D30 retention, CAC/CPI, ASO rankings, GEO citations) and present monthly business reviews.

Requirements

  • Location/eligibility: must be located in and eligible to work in Spain and be able to work on a hybrid model at the Madrid location.
  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or digital marketing in digital-first environments.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish for frequent collaboration with the Canadian team.
  • Proven brand + technical performance marketing skills: ASO, technical SEO/GEO, and paid acquisition.
  • Hands-on understanding of technical SEO (crawlability, Core Web Vitals, indexability) and GEO/AEO (schema markup and LLM visibility).
  • MarTech proficiency: mobile attribution/MMP tools (Appsflyer/Adjust/Branch), analytics (Firebase/GA4/Looker Studio), and push/CRM (OneSignal or equivalent).
