Location: Hybrid (Riga, Tallinn, or Barcelona) or Remote within Europe

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Product teams to define go-to-market and growth strategies for new and existing features.
  • Execute marketing plans across Sales, Customer Success, and Acquisition channels.
  • Own and report on Product Marketing performance metrics and business impact.
  • Analyze user and funnel insights to identify growth opportunities and platform improvements.
  • Shape product positioning, messaging, and in-product communication to drive adoption.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders on strategy and execution priorities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Marketing Strategy within a software company.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Europe.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance indicators and funnel metrics.
  • Experience collaborating with Product teams on feature launches.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
