What you will do
- Develop and execute funnel growth marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across priority accounts and verticals.
- Identify and prioritize target accounts, designing personalized ABM campaigns aligned with sales strategies.
- Determine the content needed to support each stage of the buyer journey.
- Develop regional-specific material to support demand generation.
- Work with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Analyze audience behavior and funnel performance, establishing processes for campaign testing, reporting, and continuous ROI improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on growth, demand generation, and Account Based Marketing (ABM).
- Proficiency with digital and automation tools such as ABM platforms, Salesforce, Account Engagement (Pardot), and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Creative and data-driven mindset, with a results-oriented approach and a passion for testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
