What you will do

• Execute marketing strategies for Italy and Spain to drive regional business growth.
• Localize the brand narrative to ensure relevance to youth culture and cultural nuances.
• Manage paid media investments, social media, and strategic brand partnerships.
• Lead and grow a marketing team within a matrix organizational structure.
• Translate market data and competitor trends into actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with EMEA and US stakeholders to ensure alignment with the global vision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of country leadership in marketing, preferably with D2C brands in tech, fashion, or streaming.
• Native Spanish and/or Italian speaker.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Proven experience in pop culture and youth marketing space.
• Ability to manage large budgets and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• Background in entertainment or large-scale live experiences.
• Experience driving marketing for digital services, membership models, or subscription businesses.
