What you will do

• Define and execute the offline DACH marketing and events strategy to drive pipeline and ARR impact.
• Plan and run monthly offline event formats, including proprietary roundtables, exclusive VIP dinners, and major industry trade shows.
• Adapt the company's tone for the DACH market to ensure credibility and local resonance.
• Secure presence at major finance congresses, local treasury meetups, and offline networks.
• Manage regional award submissions and local PR opportunities to strengthen regional positioning.
• Design targeted offline experiences to assist the sales team in breaking into high-value mid-market accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, event management, or tech corporate hospitality.
• Native German speaker with professional proficiency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Munich, Berlin, or Madrid.
• Strong project management skills with a data-driven approach to tracking event ROI.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
