What you will do

• Own growth for margin trading on hirify.global Pro, the platform's highest revenue-generating product feature.
• Build and execute acquisition strategies for high-net-worth individual traders, including users switching from competing platforms.
• Partner with the VIP team to improve the sourcing, onboarding, and activation of high-value traders.
• Coordinate performance marketing, organic, creative, and other internal teams as a senior individual contributor without direct reports.
• Define positioning, messaging, offers, growth targets, and funnel metrics from lead through funded account and active margin trader.
• Run experiments across channels, programs, and incentives, and share trader insights with Product to influence the margin roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or high-value customer acquisition.
• Demonstrated success acquiring high-net-worth traders or players in crypto, trading, gaming, or gambling.
• Experience winning customers from competitors and converting them into long-term, high-value users.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of leveraged and margin trading, high-volume trader decision-making, funnel metrics, revenue impact, and acquisition ROI.
• Clear communication, high ownership, speed, and a data-driven approach.

Nice to have

• Existing network among high-net-worth traders, market makers, or VIP communities.
• Experience building VIP or whale acquisition programs from scratch.
• Background in regulated financial products or iGaming with strict compliance requirements.
