Events Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote in Spain, including Barcelona or Madrid

What you will do

• Own the annual events calendar with sales and marketing and help select trade fairs and industry conferences.
• Plan and execute trade fair and conference participation, including booth design, logistics, materials, travel, and staffing.
• Manage hirify.global Elevate from concept and agenda through speaker management, venue, catering, partners, and on-site delivery.
• Organize customer dinners, roundtables, webinars, and other event formats.
• Coordinate pre-event outreach, on-site meetings, lead follow-up, invitations, landing pages, social media, and post-event content.
• Manage the event budget, track performance, and create repeatable templates, checklists, and processes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar event management role, ideally in B2B, SaaS, an agency, or a fast-paced environment.
• Experience organizing trade fair appearances or running events from start to finish.
• Strong project management, budgeting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Confidence using HubSpot or a similar CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and LLMs.
• Professional written and spoken English required.
• Willingness to travel and occasionally work outside regular hours around events.
