What you will do

• Develop and enhance conversational chat bot solutions using Cognigy and NICE Proactive AI Agent.
• Write, test, and maintain high-quality software primarily using JavaScript.
• Perform system analysis and contribute to project management duties for client implementations.
• Resolve code errors and defects throughout the development and QA cycles.
• Deliver solution pitches, value propositions, and product demonstrations to clients.
• Collaborate with team members and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, England
• 3+ years of professional experience building NLP systems, including LLM or Generative AI solutions.
• 3+ years of software development experience including design and testing of real-time systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Experience with AI platforms such as DialogFlow, Kore.ai, Cognigy, Amazon Lex, or Omilia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms.
• Hands-on experience with NICE CXone and CXone Studio.
