hirify.global is an open core software company developing a comprehensive AI-powered DevSecOps Platform.

What you will do

• Design and build trigger systems linking hirify.global and third-party events (Jira, Jenkins, Slack) to AI-powered Duo Flows.
• Develop core infrastructure for the event platform used by multiple AI features.
• Architect systems for high availability and throughput to process events at scale.
• Work within the Ruby on Rails monolith and explore other platform languages.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define new trigger types.
• Participate in Tier 2 and Tier 3 on-call rotations for production and security issues.

Requirements

• Deep experience with Ruby and Rails in a large monolith environment.
• Proven track record of integrating LLMs into real, user-facing products.
• Experience designing and operating high-scale, high-availability systems.
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems and autonomous AI workflows.
• Strong written communication skills for asynchronous work in a distributed team.
