• Own delivery outcomes for AI-powered operational systems using AI-first workflows.
• Build and operate agentic systems for detection, diagnostics, and remediation across device fleets.
• Establish team AI practices, tooling, and standards to multiply output.
• Coach engineers on effective AI integration and raise collective fluency with LLMs and agents.
• Hire and develop talent capable of thriving in an AI-native environment.
• Partner with product, firmware, and cloud teams to improve operational feedback loops.

Requirements

• Professional experience in software development or software engineering.
• Proven engineering team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience building and operating distributed systems in production.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects with multiple dependencies.

Nice to have

• Track record of building team workflows around LLMs and AI agents.
• Experience with agentic AI systems or autonomous operational tooling.
• Background in operational domains like SRE, DevOps, or incident management.
• Familiarity with IoT device fleets, embedded systems, or consumer electronics.
