What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end engineering organization, including development, QA, DevOps, and operations.
• Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with product, business, and growth objectives.
• Build, develop, and manage high-performing engineering teams, including hiring and performance management.
• Oversee delivery execution, release governance, and continuous improvement of engineering performance.
• Drive engineering excellence through metrics, quality improvement, and incident prevention.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and global teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Requirements

• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland, with hybrid on-site presence.
• 10–15+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership in product-driven organizations.
• 5+ years leading engineering managers, tech leads, and multi-team organizations.
• Proven track record in senior engineering leadership delivering scalable, secure software products.
• Strong expertise in modern architecture, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
• Experience in complex product environments such as SaaS, fintech, gaming, or e-commerce.
