What you will do

• Drive the fraud prevention product strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple products and services.
• Partner with operational, engineering, and data teams to identify vulnerabilities and develop scalable detection solutions.
• Design and deliver features that minimize fraud losses without compromising user experience.
• Define and monitor OKRs, KPIs, and success metrics to optimize prevention performance.
• Manage product backlogs and lead collaboration between engineers, data scientists, and designers.
• Leverage data insights to support product decisions and improve overall ecosystem integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading impactful product initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong expertise in roadmap ownership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to use metrics and insights for decision-making.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals and a willingness to apply emerging technologies.
• Professional proficiency in English is highly desirable.
• Must be based in Brazil.
