What you will do

• Own the Create & Design roadmap and product strategy, aligning it with the broader Data Capture vision.
• Evolve the builder into a high-performance platform for creating beautiful and engaging experiences.
• Platformize shared capabilities to support current and future creation surfaces.
• Collaborate with the AI team to integrate AI-assisted design, content generation, and translation workflows.
• Lead complex technical migrations and platform investments alongside customer-facing development.
• Partner with engineering and design to balance product craft with technical complexity.

Requirements

• Experience building creation tools, editors, design products, or customer-facing platforms.
• Strong platform thinking and experience scaling shared capabilities across multiple surfaces.
• AI native mindset: active experience building with LLMs and AI tools.
• Comfort discussing trade-offs regarding performance, reliability, scalability, and technical architecture.
• Must be based in Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, or the UK.
• Experience working effectively across distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with platforms such as Figma, Canva, Notion, Webflow, or Framer.
• Track record of launching AI-assisted creation features in production.
• Knowledge of real-time collaboration or modern editor architectures.
• Experience building multilingual or localization products.
