What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for fraud prevention across all company products.
• Collaborate with operations to identify vulnerabilities and implement strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent activity.
• Design product features that balance high security with a seamless customer experience.
• Create and track OKRs, goals, metrics, and KPIs to measure progress.
• Work with data and engineering teams to extract actionable insights from raw data to support product decisions.
• Manage the backlog and lead cross-functional meetings with engineers, data scientists, and designers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading impactful product development with a proven track record.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Data-oriented approach with the ability to use metrics to iterate and deliver outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in unstructured environments.
• Mastery of AI fundamentals or a strong willingness to learn AI.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
