What you will do
- Own the product roadmap for fraud prevention across all company products.
- Collaborate with operations to identify vulnerabilities and implement strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent activity.
- Design product features that balance high security with a seamless customer experience.
- Create and track OKRs, goals, metrics, and KPIs to measure progress.
- Work with data and engineering teams to extract actionable insights from raw data to support product decisions.
- Manage the backlog and lead cross-functional meetings with engineers, data scientists, and designers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading impactful product development with a proven track record.
- Must be based in Brazil.
- Data-oriented approach with the ability to use metrics to iterate and deliver outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in unstructured environments.
- Mastery of AI fundamentals or a strong willingness to learn AI.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
