What you will do

• Lead payments initiatives to improve authorization rates and contribute to company growth.
• Implement strategies to reduce churn caused by payment failures and minimize chargeback losses.
• Own and manage the product roadmap for payments integrations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data, and Engineering teams to extract actionable insights from raw data.
• Define and track OKRs, goals, metrics, and KPIs to monitor progress.
• Manage the product backlog and lead cross-functional meetings with designers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience leading impactful product development with a proven track record.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Strong ability to use metrics and data insights to iterate and deliver outcomes.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and navigating ambiguity in unstructured environments.
• Mastery of AI fundamentals and a willingness to further learn AI.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for stakeholder management.
