Senior Demand Generation Manager (SaaS): Launching and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue for the Observability business with an accent on mid-to-bottom funnel strategy. Focus on building AI-driven autonomous workflows, optimizing conversion rates, and orchestrating complex demand generation programs across the buyer journey.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Austin, Charlotte, Reston, or Remote US).

What you will do

  • Translate GTM strategy into demand generation programs that generate qualified new business pipeline.
  • Own campaign strategies across the mid-to-bottom funnel, from consideration to conversion.
  • Develop and manage AI agents and autonomous workflows to support targeting and personalization at scale.
  • Partner with SDRs to align on lead follow-up and ensure healthy conversion rates.
  • Design a testing roadmap in partnership with the CRO team to capture demand and set clear benchmarks.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance using data to iterate and scale programs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically in demand generation or integrated campaigns within SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue for new business.
  • Advanced proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms like Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Experience executing campaigns across paid ads, email, web, social, and chatbot channels.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to connect programs to pipeline outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools such as 6sense, Goldcast, Qualified, Outreach, Zapier, or Clay.
  • Deep understanding of how CIOs and senior IT buyers evaluate and purchase observability platforms.
