Integrated Campaign Manager (B2B Marketing): Driving pipeline and revenue across Client and Supplier segments through the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs with an accent on demand creation and funnel conversion. Focus on optimizing multi-channel campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally with Product Marketing and Sales, and translating data insights into measurable business results.

Location: Hybrid in Calgary, Alberta, Canada (3 days office, 2 days home) or Remote for candidates outside commutable distance

What you will do

  • Own the integrated campaign strategy and execution for the Client and Supplier segments to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Develop multi-channel campaign plans incorporating email, paid media, nurture, web, and sales-supported programs.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide optimization recommendations for targeting, messaging, and sequencing.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, Digital, Sales, and SDR teams.
  • Oversee always-on and lifecycle programs, including retargeting and prospect engagement optimization.
  • Maintain campaign timelines, milestones, and dependencies using Wrike.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in demand generation, integrated campaigns, or B2B marketing.
  • Proven track record of owning campaign strategies tied directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo, 6sense, and Salesforce.
  • Expertise in multi-channel execution including ABM, paid media, and sales enablement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience managing external agencies or partners.

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications in marketing automation, analytics, or digital marketing.
  • Comfort using AI-enabled tools to improve campaign execution, testing, and analysis.
