What you will do
- Own global paid media strategy and execution across a multi-brand product portfolio to drive lead volume and pipeline.
- Manage an annual paid media budget of $10M+, optimizing spend across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.
- Develop and optimize full-funnel campaigns, monitoring ROAS, CPL, and cost per opportunity.
- Manage third-party vendor relationships, including contract negotiations for newsletters and lead generation programs.
- Apply CRO disciplines to enhance landing pages, ad creatives, and lead capture processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing paid media team, fostering a culture of accountability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B paid media experience within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Direct experience managing significant budgets and complex channel mix allocations.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta, and programmatic platforms like 6sense.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Marketo for attribution and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with generative engine optimization (GEO) and the impact of AI-driven search on paid media.
- Experience with personalization and landing page tools such as Instapage or Mutiny.
- Prior experience building or scaling a paid media team from the ground up.
