What you will do

• Lead and optimize core People Operations processes to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
• Own people data quality and HRIS reporting, translating trends and risks into practical actions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for operational policy, compliance, payroll, and benefits.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, including investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Partner with Finance and leadership to deliver fair and consistent people processes.
• Maintain people policies and templates in alignment with UK legislation and internal standards.

Requirements

• Significant experience in People Operations or People Analytics.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases and advising managers.
• Proficiency in HRIS, reporting, and process documentation.
• Experience managing payroll inputs and benefits administration.
• Must be based in the UK.
