What you will do
- Build and optimize structured onboarding programs, including role-specific paths and 30/60/90 frameworks.
- Partner with managers on complex people situations, providing guidance on feedback, accountability, and legal constraints.
- Design and deliver manager training programs and a scalable learning and development (L&D) strategy.
- Lead workplace investigations from intake to resolution and maintain employee relations frameworks.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and employee handbooks for a distributed multi-state workforce.
- Collaborate on benefits strategy, open enrollment, and the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior generalist or HR Manager role.
- Proven experience scaling an organization from early-stage to 200+ employees.
- Hands-on track record of building HR programs and infrastructure from the ground up in high-growth environments.
- Experience managing complex employee relations and conducting workplace investigations.
- Experience directly managing and developing employees or small teams.
- Must be a resident of the following US states: AL, FL, IN, MO, NM, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WY.
