What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve impactful dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and MicroStrategy.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights that influence business decisions.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting assets.
• Partner with stakeholders to define, challenge, and refine KPIs and metrics.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Contribute to data adoption and data literacy initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, or similar.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas simply to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain to support the hybrid work model.
