What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve dashboards and reporthirify.global solutions ushirify.global Power BI and MicroStrategy.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights that influence strategic business decisions.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, and governance across all reporthirify.global assets.
• Partner with stakeholders to define, challenge, and refine KPIs and metrics.
• Translate business needs into scalable and reusable reporthirify.global solutions.
• Contribute to organization-wide data adoption and data literacy initiatives.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, or similar.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas simply to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Must be based in or able to work from the Madrid office (Hybrid setup).
