TL;DR
Data Analyst (Power BI/SQL): Building and evolving dashboards and reporting solutions for the Data Consumption and Culture team, with an accent on data quality, governance, KPI definition, and business insights. Focus on translating stakeholder needs into scalable reporting assets, improving data adoption and literacy, and communicating complex analysis clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with an agreed schedule between the Madrid office and work from home.

What you will do
- Design, build, and evolve dashboards and report solutions us Power BI, MicroStrategy, or similar tools.
- Analyze data and generate insights that support business decisions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across report assets.
- Define, challenge, and refine KPIs and metrics with business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear, scalable, and reusable report solutions.
- Create documentation and contribute to data adoption and data literacy initiatives.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or MicroStrategy.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solv skills.
- Drive, curiosity, ownership, and commitment to continuous improvement and learn.
