What you will do

• Monitor and analyze global HR Operations performance, specifically service quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across regional Shared Service Centers.
• Define and continuously improve KPIs and performance metrics.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards in ServiceNow and Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability across all reporting sources.
• Deliver actionable insights through data storytelling, reports, and presentations.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, HR, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, preferably within HR or service operations in a global environment.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
• Proven expertise in designing data visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics and automation (predictive insights) within ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• English: Proficiency required (written and spoken).
