What you will do
- Lead the transformation of risk data infrastructure into an LLM-agent-ready state.
- Manage data quality across 40+ Snowflake tables, enforcing SLAs and DMBOK quality dimensions.
- Design and scale a production-grade context layer for autonomous AI agents to consume and interpret risk data.
- Collaborate with DWH and Finance teams to translate risk analytics needs into concrete platform requirements.
- Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 analytics engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Implement a group-wide risk data governance framework to support expansion into new countries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data governance.
- Proven track record of leading or mentoring small technical teams (2-5 people).
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouses.
- Experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks in a production environment.
- Practical understanding of LLM/AI agents and requirements for agent-consumable data infrastructure.
- English: B2 or higher required for communication with an international team.
Nice to have
- Experience in risk management, banking, or fintech data.
- Familiarity with Airflow or other orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory data requirements such as CNBV, IFRS 9, or Basel.
- Russian language skills.
- Experience building governance frameworks across multiple business units or countries.
