Staff Compliance Data Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Paris, Barcelona, Belgrade, Berlin, or Milan

What you will do

• Build and own compliance process monitoring from onboarding funnel analytics through remediation financial exposure.
• Develop end-to-end data transformation pipelines from source to consumption layers with dbt.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Risk & Compliance, and Internal Control to turn regulatory questions into self-service analytical tools.
• Own KYC/KYB funnel analytics, including refusal reasons, document gaps, and lead-time distributions.
• Track remediation campaigns and measure secured, at-risk, or lost MRR.

Requirements

• Experience working analytically with KYC/KYB, AML, remediation, or similar regulatory and operational processes.
• Experience designing dashboards and data models that enable end users to explore data independently.
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills, including end-to-end transformation pipelines and data quality practices.
• Experience managing analytical priorities across multiple cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Fluent English required.
• Active use of AI tools in analytics workflows and curiosity about expanding their application.
