What you will do
- Build and own compliance process monitoring infrastructure from scratch, covering onboarding funnels and financial exposure.
- Model and transform data using dbt to create trusted, end-to-end pipelines from source to consumption.
- Partner with Product, Ops, Risk, and Internal Control teams to deliver self-service analytical tools.
- Manage end-to-end KYC/KYB funnel analytics to identify friction points and improve validation lead times.
- Track remediation campaigns and financial exposure to support budget and reforecast cycles.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate data modeling and stakeholder communication workflows.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in a regulated environment working on KYC/KYB, AML, or remediation processes.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills with experience building end-to-end transformation pipelines.
- Experience designing self-service dashboards and models for both operational and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to manage cross-functional priorities and drive adoption of analytical tools.
- Active user of AI tools in analytical workflows.
