Location: Flexible work from one of our offices or remote. Relocation support provided to Mexico, Cyprus, Spain, or Serbia.

What you will do

• Oversee credit, liquidity, FX, and strategic risks as the 2nd line of defense.
• Calculate unit economics of credit products to deliver strategic insights.
• Develop and automate a comprehensive risk management framework.
• Analyze methodology of Mexican and global frameworks like Basel and IFRS.
• Construct econometric models to predict loan portfolio dynamics and detect threats.
• Create data visualizations to communicate findings to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in risk and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, finance, or economics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Knowledge of Tableau or Apache Superset and Excel.
• English level B1 or higher required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in integrated risk management.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
