• Manage and structure product backlogs using epics and features.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
• Write clear, testable user stories using Gherkin acceptance criteria.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proactively resolve project blockers to maintain delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Proven experience as a client-facing Senior Business Analyst.
• Expert understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Strong modelling skills using UML and BPMN.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and define PoC/MVP requirements with Product Owners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
