What you will do

• Lead account planning sessions, discovery workshops, and interviews to identify growth opportunities and maturity gaps.
• Create high-quality deliverables, including Point of View documents, multi-year roadmaps, and full business cases to justify action.
• Manage and influence high-level client relationships, including C-level, VP, and Director stakeholders.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Value Engineering practice by refining methodology, content, and tools.
• Develop vertical-specific sales plays and build the VEBA brand through thought leadership and content creation.
• Enable Sales Engineering and Professional Services teams to create simple business cases in self-service mode.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in data management, management consulting, or value engineering.
• Proven experience in software sales and/or consulting environments.
• Proficiency in generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate research and content creation.
• Strong storytelling, visual communication, and financial acumen applied to business problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA from an accredited university is highly preferred.
• Ability to travel approximately 40% for on-site client engagement and trade shows.
