AI Business Analyst (Azure): Designing and implementing AI/ML solutions for various clients with an accent on RAG systems and multi-agent architectures. Focus on translating business goals into technical scopes and designing high-level system architectures using the C4 model.

What you will do
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to define business goals and translate them into clear requirements.
- Contribute to AI-driven prototyping and solution shaping for LLM, RAG, and multi-agent systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, and development teams to turn raw ideas into a structured scope.
- Design high-level architecture diagrams (C4 model) and plan AI integrations with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, and DWH.
- Write, refine, and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria in the project backlog.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing AI and ML solutions.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML system architecture, including MLOps, data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure AI platforms (Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Copilot Studio) or AWS SageMaker/GCP Vertex AI.
- Advanced knowledge of Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, HuggingFace, and OpenAI SDK.
- Ability to prepare Solution Design and Architecture Diagrams using the C4 model.
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian language.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing Copilot-like solutions integrated with Microsoft 365, Teams, or SharePoint.
- Experience optimizing the cost and performance of AI solutions.
- Certifications such as Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty, or TOGAF.
- Experience with R&D projects, PoCs, and MVPs based on LLMs.
- Previous experience as a team leader or mentoring technical specialists.
