TL;DR
Mid-Market Account Manager (Sales): Managing a global portfolio of mid-market accounts and driving incremental revenue for coaching solutions with an accent on strategic relationship building and sales execution. Focus on identifying key personas, articulating product value, and overseeing the full sales cycle from qualification to renewal.
Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

What you will do
- Manage a global portfolio of mid-market accounts, leading sales efforts from qualification to contracting.
- Identify target personas and craft tailored messaging to drive engagement.
- Connect coaching solutions to client goals and articulate clear value propositions.
- Achieve and exceed sales OKRs and quotas while managing renewals and expansion.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce.
- Project manage onboarding from contract close to launch and serve as the primary point of contact for client partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales or customer success managing complex relationships.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong proficiency in prospecting, responding to inbound requests, and delivering demos.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong networking and communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Must be able to work from the New York office 3 days per week.
