What you will do

  • Proactively engage with current customers to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute tailored account strategies, including regular business reviews.
  • Monitor customer adoption metrics and address challenges to drive product usage.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas while contributing to revenue generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and opportunities within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create accurate sales forecasts.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
