What you will do
- Proactively engage with current customers to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies, including regular business reviews.
- Monitor customer adoption metrics and address challenges to drive product usage.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas while contributing to revenue generation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and opportunities within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create accurate sales forecasts.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
