IT - Staff Network Engineer

What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable, resilient data center and campus networks using Cisco, Arista, HPE, and Aruba platforms.
• Support WAN operations, including internet edge connectivity and SD-WAN integrations.
• Lead complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvements to reduce incidents and outages.
• Provide technical direction across Data Center, Storage, Virtualization, Windows, Unix, Cloud Operations, and Security teams.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational runbooks.
• Operationalize solutions through monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, lifecycle management, and change and release processes.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise networks across data centers, campuses, WAN, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Expert knowledge of routing and switching, including BGP, OSPF, EVPN/VXLAN, MLAG/vPC, and LACP.
• Strong understanding of network security, segmentation, ACLs, firewall integrations, and secure remote access.
• Hands-on experience with NAC/AAA solutions such as Cisco ISE and/or Aruba ClearPass.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Cisco certification required; CCNP preferred and CCIE strongly valued.

Nice to have

• Experience with SD-WAN design and operations and hybrid connectivity patterns.
• Experience with Cisco VPN, Aruba ClearPass, or F5 Load Balancer.
• Experience with network automation and observability, including scripting, templating, telemetry, and monitoring.
