TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Leader (SaaS): Leading the go-to-market strategy and Enterprise sales team for the DACH region with an accent on transition to a multi-product AI platform. Focus on developing high-performing teams, consultative selling for strategic accounts, and driving platform-led growth.

Location: Hybrid (Munich, Germany) — 2 days a week in office culture

What you will do

  • Formulate the Enterprise GTM strategy for DACH in collaboration with revenue operations, product, and marketing.
  • Coach and develop a diverse sales team focusing on multi-product, workflow-level discovery.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts through platform adoption and retention.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional virtual teams (Solution Engineering, CS, Renewals, Partnerships) to execute account plans.
  • Lead executive-level conversations with C-suite stakeholders (CFO, COO, etc.) using consultative selling.
  • Champion the AI-first platform narrative and provide market feedback on localization and AI adoption barriers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Sales experience, preferably within the DACH region.
  • 3+ years of DACH Sales leadership experience at high-growth Enterprise SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record in complex multi-product sales and strategic deals ($250K+).
  • Expertise in consultative selling and engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience hiring and developing teams in fast-changing product and pricing environments.
  • Strong understanding of the DACH B2B SaaS and AI market.

Nice to have

  • Experience applying AI within a GTM/sales organization (e.g., AI-driven pipeline tools, account intelligence).
  • Spoken German.
