What you will do

• Develop and maintain document templates and communication workflows using Kofax Communications Manager (KCM).
• Configure dynamic templates for policy documents, claims correspondence, and billing statements.
• Analyze stakeholder requirements to design and automate insurance-related communications.
• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure document accuracy, formatting consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Integrate KCM with core insurance systems, including policy administration, claims management, and CRM.
• Maintain detailed configuration documentation and provide training to end users.

Requirements

• Proven experience in document configuration, automation, or content management.
• Hands-on experience with Kofax Communications Manager (KCM) or similar document automation tools.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and rules-based document generation.
• Must be based in the UK or hold a Graduate/Post-Study Work visa with at least one year remaining.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Experience in the insurance sector is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with insurance systems such as Transactor, Schemeserve, ICE, Acturis, or SSP.
