What you will do

• Own the technical specification process, from requirements gathering to functional design and user stories.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers to design robust, scalable integration solutions.
• Lead collaborative workshops to validate technical assumptions and solve complex design challenges.
• Act as a subject matter expert for developers and testers throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Support testing activities, including defect analysis and root cause identification.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and technical change quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in integrating complex software applications and packages.
• Strong ability to analyze functional logic, data models, and data flows.
• Expertise in designing and reviewing API specifications using SOAP and REST protocols.
• Experience leading requirements gathering and solution design workshops.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with third-party software vendors and technology partners.

Nice to have

• Experience writing SQL and understanding database schemas.
• Previous exposure to insurance or regulated financial service industries.
• Understanding of Azure cloud architecture and components.
